As we continue to grow, we are looking for licensed mental health professionals to join our team as independent contractors. This is a remote position.
Salary:

Salary:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Experience delivering virtual counseling services.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT in the state.
- Must have 2 years of experience.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach with a dedication to client well-being.
- A well-equipped home office setup with reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities.
- Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
