Full Time Remote Position as Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

This is a remote position.

Salary:

$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.

  • Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management

  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches

  • Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients

  • Monitor Client Progress: Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goal

  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering virtual counseling services.

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Active licensure as LICSW, LMFT, and LMHC in the state.

  • Must have 2 years experience.
  • A compassionate, empathetic approach with a dedication to client well-being.
