Salary Range:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Provide ongoing care for people with a mental health diagnosis and/or drug and alcohol use disorder
- Attend staff meetings and engage in a positive culture
- Provide behavioral health services to a diverse population
- Manage private practice case load
- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active state license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC.
- Minimum two years of experience
- Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
