We are looking to add an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC to our dedicated team. You will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health issues and supporting overall well-being. Employment Type: Full-time Position

Salary Offer: $120,000 to $130,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues
  • Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges
  • Offer mental health counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual needs

What We Need:

Education/ Licensure:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active and valid license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in the state of California.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, or groups, including experience in various therapeutic settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a range of mental health conditions.
