Salary Offer: $90,000 to $100,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couple, and/or family counseling services.
  • Utilize integrative approaches to address the emotional, mental well-being.
  • Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with professional standards.
  • Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Active PA state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of holistic, integrative health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
