Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year

Job description

Searching for full-time, licensed counselors/therapists to provide outpatient treatment. Furthermore, the candidate should be willing to listen and interact closely with clients in order to understand their needs and identify the best way to help them in

Responsibilities:

• Formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for patients
• Develop treatment plans and set therapeutic goals with patients
• Provides psychotherapy by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, both in-person and telehealth
• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental counseling environment to promote a positive therapeutic relationship with clients
• Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or similar disciplines
• Social Work License Required per State Regulations.(LMHC, LMFT,LICSW)
• At least 2 years of experience in this field
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and tolerate interruptions required
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
