Salary Offer: $100,000 to $105,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address various mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and emerging research.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in delivering counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
