Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)

We are looking for a clinician who helps providing quality therapy and psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults striving to achieve mental health and wellness and reach their full potential. SALARY:
  • $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
  • Ability to work and practice professional relationships with other therapists, medical professionals, and patients
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing)
