Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. We are an independent contractor and allow yourself the autonomy to shape your own practice, gain greater work life balance, and enjoy the clinical relationship with clients you choose to serve. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering the mental and emotional well-being of our students, helping them navigate the challenges of school life and beyond.

Salary Range:
  • $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support mental health needs.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to address specific concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and stress.
  • Offer crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to client in distress.
  • Provide ongoing care for people with a mental health diagnosis and/or drug and alcohol use disorder
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
