Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per with full benefits
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions based on expertise.
- Perform mental health screenings to identify treatment needs.
- Establish a trusting and supportive relationship with patients.
- Listen to clients’ goals and assess their needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client circumstances.
- Meet with clients regularly for therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Contribute to the practice by performing additional related tasks as assigned.
What You Must Have:
- Must hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LICSW).
- Must be Active licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Counselor (LPC), or Social Worker (LICSW).
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Excellent knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
