Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per with full benefits

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions based on expertise.
  • Perform mental health screenings to identify treatment needs.
  • Establish a trusting and supportive relationship with patients.
  • Listen to clients’ goals and assess their needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client circumstances.
  • Meet with clients regularly for therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Contribute to the practice by performing additional related tasks as assigned.

What You Must Have:

  • Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).
  • Must be Active licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Excellent knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
