Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 yearly

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic organization. If you are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and have a particular focus on the unique challenges faced by women in this age group, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients.
  • Monitor Client Progress: Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed.
  • Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
  • At least 2-3 years of experience related in any of this field.
  • Must be comfortable using computers (excel spreadsheet, RMS systems, outlook, pimsy)
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Comfortable completing intake assessments
