Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Job Description:

We are looking for a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) for a W2 position. This position involves conducting diagnostic assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, completing all required documentation in a timely manner, providing outpatient therapy that may or may not include children, adolescents, teenagers, adults and seniors, as well as coordinating client care with other providers. This position also allows for clinicians to work via telehealth.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Your Job Duties Will be:

• Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients.
• Provide mental health services primarily via telehealth, including video and telephone sessions.
• Conduct intakes and offer individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Administer mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.

What We Need:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
• Must hold Active license in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT,)
• (3) years therapy experience with crisis counseling and working with adults, children and families in an outpatient setting desired
• Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; (previous telemedicine experience is a plus).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
