SALARY:
$120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts evaluations and assessments
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, provides counseling and/or psychotherapy
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Develop a joint plan and recommend strategies utilizing evidence-based practices and following the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
- Provide families with information, skills, and support related to enhancing their child's development.
- Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT in the state.
- At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy, and other solution-focused approaches
- Must also have psychosocial diagnostic skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and in written form.
- Strong communication skills are needed to interact with patients, patient's family members, consultants, residents, hospital personnel, community agencies, and other resources.
