Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
We are seeking dynamic, caring, and committed professionals to join our Behavioral Health Team as Mental Health Counselors serving children and community clients at our Clinic. These are fulltime opportunities working primarily Monday through Friday daytime. We offer clinical supervision and team collaboration in a supportive and caring culture.
SALARY:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALARY:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual, group and family therapy to assigned populations.
- Conduct family and child counseling with clients who meet medical necessity/DSM V diagnostic criteria.
- Development and facilitation of psycho-educational groups, parenting and other classes as needed or required.
- Complete necessary client case materials, program forms and statistical data.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
- Meet contractual obligation by billing a determined number of reimbursable hours.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT in the state.
- Has a maximum 3 years of experience.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Be a self-motivated individual; possessing the ability to initiate action related to billing hours and documentation.
