Looking for Full Time Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering the mental and emotional well-being of our students, helping them navigate the challenges of school life and beyond.

Salary Range:
  • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
  • Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
  • Provide ongoing care for people with a mental health diagnosis and/or drug and alcohol use disorder
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state.
  • Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships
