We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time position to join our team. Salary:
- $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
- Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
- Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
- Provide ongoing care for people with a mental health diagnosis and/or drug and alcohol use disorder
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
- Minimum two years of experience.
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
