Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)

Salary Range:
  • $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
We are seeking a dedicated clinician to provide therapy services for our private practice. Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology.
  • Active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent..
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
