Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) Wanted!

Position Details:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide vital counseling and therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will empower patients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Your Duties Include:

• Develop and recommend treatment plans, conduct essential treatment services such as psychoeducational and transitional groups, and provide suicide prevention interventions and management techniques.
• Gather relevant information necessary to accurately diagnose and treat patient; such as, mental status exam; functional impairments; behavioral health, substance use and trauma history; patient strengths and potential barriers to accessing services.
• Join with patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing identified mental health symptoms of concern and presenting problems
• Employ culturally competent, trauma-informed, best practices during psychotherapy.
• Make essential referrals and connections to community resources through care coordination and by helping patients prioritize needs.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
• Active state licensure as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW
• (3) years therapy experience with crisis counseling and working with adults, children and families in an outpatient setting desired
• Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment planning
• Competence in group therapy facilitation
