Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Remote Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering virtual therapy services to clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and mental health needs. As a Remote Therapist, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional care to clients across Colorado. You will be responsible for conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address clients' mental health needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with practice standards and state regulations.
  • Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines related to the practice of mental health therapy.

What You Need to Qualify:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in counseling and working with adults, children and families.
  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong connection with the team.
  • Passionate about providing inclusive and culturally competent care.
