SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients;
- Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
- Assesses the patient's medical history, mental health history, and current presentation to understand the patient's needs from treatment;
- Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs;
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience.
- Current State Licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Computer Skills, i.e., email, word processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
