SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge according to state regulatory and joint commission standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing treatment on clients' progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined objectives.
- Modify treatment activities or approaches, as needed, to comply with changes in clients' status.
- Coordinates as needed with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic and consultative needs; refers as necessary for medication management.
- Meets productivity standards as outlined annually during employee's performance appraisal review with a focus on quality clinical care.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
- Ability to work and practice professional relationships with other therapists, medical professionals, and patients.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
