Opportunity to Join Our Compassionate Team as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Role Description:

As a Mental Health Therapist at our client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering evidence-based treatments to a diverse range of patients.
  • Offering a variety of mental health services to support individualized recovery, primarily through telehealth video or telephone sessions.
  • Conducting intakes and providing individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Performing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Completing and maintaining documentation promptly and accurately, in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Essential Qualifications for This Role:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active state licensure as LMFT/LMHC/LICSW
  • More than 3 years of experience in performing evaluations and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy for a wide variety of clinical issues
  • Strong case conceptualization skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients is necessary.
