Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Job Description:

Do you want to reach and support a diverse community through virtual platforms? We are looking for a licensed and experienced mental health professional to join our telehealth team. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, individualized therapy sessions that help clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial assessments via secure video calls to determine appropriate treatment plans and needs.
  • Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions based on expertise.
  • Use virtual tools to perform mental health screenings, identifying treatment needs and areas for support.
  • Understand clients' goals and needs, assessing their circumstances and preferences.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client circumstances.
  • Meet with clients regularly for therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Contribute to the practice by performing additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LICSW).
  • Must be Active licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Preferred: At least 2-5 years of experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Excellent knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
