Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

We are looking for a clinician to join our team and provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being. SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Assist clients with discharge planning and conducts care coordination. Works closely with various providers in the region or system to facilitate access to services.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology.
  • Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
  • Must have 3 years of full experience in providing counseling services.
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
