Salary Range:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records;
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services;
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy;
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment; including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions;
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems;
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology;
- Must have an active state license as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or related field;
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting;
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
