$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assesses patient and family psychosocial needs and develops plan of care
- Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
- Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs;
- Apply brief solution-based therapy approaches and Implement harm reduction strategies when appropriate
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve
- Must have 3+ years of experience.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current State Licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with the healthcare team and customer.
