Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential mental health services primarily through tele-health. We have full time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our clients' needs are effectively met.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Render evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population.
  • Provide a range of mental health services to support individualized patient recovery via tele-health.
  • Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy as applicable.
  • Deliver mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines,

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)
  • An active license California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in individual, family, and group therapy with families, adolescents, and adults.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
