Full Time Position as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed
SALARY:
$120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits

We are looking for a clinician, licensed in the state to join our growing team of behavioral health to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for patients holistically through their healthcare journey and ensuring needs are met with industry-leading interventions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts evaluations and assessments
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Administer evaluations and assessments.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities, such as group therapy and recreational activities
- Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure as LPCC in the state.
- Must have (3) three years of professional experience.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and electronic health records.
