Exciting opportunity to become a part of our compassionate team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Role Description:

This is a full-time Outpatient Therapist with the flexibility for some work. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and providing mental health support to clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of your clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry and maintain responsibility for case load as assigned
  • Participates in the development of individual treatment plans, case reviews, summaries and reviews requested from internal or external source
  • Communicates clinical and medical issues to prescribers, and team as indicated, and assists with crisis triage as needed
  • Provides direct services to clients through (individual, couple, family) and group therapies, as per accepted standards of clinical practice
  • Performs evaluation and assessment activities which includes a working knowledge, diagnoses and treatment planning

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Active Licensure as a professional therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
  • 3 years of Experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others
