Join our team of caring professionals as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) and make a meaningful impact.

We are looking for Mental Health Therapists to join our team to work in a number of locations across Washington State. We are looking for mental health providers who are looking to make a difference in the lives of the people by offering mental health and behavioral health interventions. We offer training for all staff to serve our specific population equipping you with the mental health skills that you need to succeed in our behavioral health setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 with full benefits

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering evidence-based treatments to a diverse range of patients.
  • Offering a variety of mental health services to support individualized recovery, primarily through telehealth video or telephone sessions.
  • Conducting intakes and providing individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Performing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Completing and maintaining documentation promptly and accurately, in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Essential Qualifications for This Role:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active state licensure as LMFT/LMHC/LICSW
  • More than 3 years of experience in performing evaluations and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy for a wide variety of clinical issues
  • Strong case conceptualization skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients is necessary.
