Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

SALARY:
- $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Assist clients with discharge planning and conducts care coordination. Works closely with various providers in the region or system to facilitate access to services.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology.
- Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
- Must have 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
