Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Salary Range:
  • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active state license as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
