Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Summary:

Our team provides outpatient behavioral health services, these clinics provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
  • One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Must have (2) two years of professional experience.
  • Must possess knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and could make independent judgment related to counseling as a direct service is essential.

Salary: $120k - $130k a year
