Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and goals.
- Create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Offer ongoing therapy sessions addressing various issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development to refine your skills and stay current with best practices.
- Engage in outreach and community education to promote mental health awareness and broaden service access.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active State Licensure as LPC/LMFT/LICSW
- At least 3-4 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A strong commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
