Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Opportunities
Seeking a full time Mental Health Counselor to join our high-performing team to support the health and well-being of our city. This professional position will primarily be responsible for wide-range of Social Work Programs. We are working together as one health system in a relentless pursuit of healing for our patients, community and each other. And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.
SALARY $120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis to promote positive behavioral change.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in crisis
- Development and facilitation of psycho-educational groups, parenting and other classes as needed or required.
- Complete necessary client case materials, program forms and statistical data.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT in the state.
- Has a maximum 3 years of experience.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Be a self-motivated individual; possessing the ability to initiate action related to billing hours and documentation.
