Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and goals.
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Offer ongoing therapy sessions addressing various issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development to refine your skills and stay current with best practices.
  • Engage in outreach and community education to promote mental health awareness and broaden service access.

What You Need to Qualify:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active State Licensure as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW
  • At least 3-4 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
