We are seeking a LMFT, LCSW or LMHC to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being. Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues via telehealth
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
• Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
• Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges

Qualifications Needed:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Know how to use telehealth in counseling
• Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
