Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 yearly

Job Position:

The Mental Health Counselor position requires a diverse set of skills to effectively support individuals in need of mental health services as part of a busy and supportive practice. In this position, you will provide psychosocial assessments, short-term, and long-term counseling to a wide variety of outpatient clients, including individuals, couples, and families, under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base demonstrating compassion and acceptance.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment that values humor and authenticity.

Compensation and Benefits:
