Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) Full Time Position

Join our team as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist! We're seeking creative, compassionate, and authentic professionals to provide innovative therapy services in a fun and supportive environment. SALARY:
  • $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize creativity in evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule of a minimum of 20 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and others as needed to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work with a diverse client base within professional scope.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
