Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed
We are seeking candidates with an interest or experience as a Social Worker. This role will carry a caseload with mental health and dual-diagnosed clients. Salary Range:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Active state license as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
