Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year

Job description

The Mental Health Therapist will have competency in delivering services and treatments based of recovery-oriented services, family systems, and evidenced based treatments. This position allows you the flexibility to create your own schedule. Typical workdays are Monday – Friday during office hours.

Responsibilities:

  • You will maintain all required state and federal clearances
  • You will be resourceful with the ability to work with a team and independently.
  • You will have basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • You will have basic competency in using Electronic Healthcare Record systems.
  • You will demonstrate proven organizational and effective prioritization skills.
  • You will exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in behavioral science (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • Active Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • At least 2 years of experience related in any of this field.
  • Demonstrated skills in the clinical mental health services with individuals, families, and groups.
  • Knowledge of mental health illness and effective treatment approaches to mental disorders.
  • Knowledge of record keeping procedures related to beneficiaries’ charts.
