Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Job description

Our goal is to keep our practice an intimate environment where we operate as a family, not a factory. Our goal is to keep our focus on client care rather than client quantity. We provides individual, family, and couples therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides onsite therapeutic interventions support to persons and families in crisis
  • Collaborates with other First Responders as needed to provide onsite crisis support including, but not limited to, transporting members to appropriate levels of care
  • Will act as a leader for the dispatched mobile team, providing clinical guidance and instruction to team members
  • Will complete a concise assessment to paint a clinical picture of the members needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Making appropriate referrals for placement, case management and aftercare services, as assigned
  • Developing and maintaining an awareness of community resource

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
  • At least 2-3 years of experience related in any of this field.
  • Exceptional clinical judgment
  • Knowledge of adolescence, mental health and other co-occurring disorders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
