Discover an exciting opportunity to join our compassionate team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual and group counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, and will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to mental health services within the community.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited program.
  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT licensure
  • At least 3 years of post-licensure experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and culturally competent mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
