Opportunity to Join Our Compassionate Team as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
  • Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.
  • Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients
  • Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
  • Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Minimum of three (2) years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
