Salary:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
- Offer individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
- Track client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goal
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT in the state.
- Experience delivering virtual counseling services.
- Must have 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
