Looking for full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Job Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Employment: Full Time

Position overview:

Oversees and plans the treatment programs for each individual member in conjunction with the treating physician, psychiatric team, and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial evaluations and follow-up consultations during regular care hours.
  • Complete the documentation using our computerized medical/health system, adhering to the relevant criteria.
  • Attend pertinent workshops and seminars to fulfill license requirements and take ownership of your professional development. This will help you keep your credentials current.
  • When necessary, work together with the directors, interdisciplinary team, and treatment team.
  • Offer both individual and group counseling.
  • Assist patients in achieving their goals by supporting them with their problems, worries, and expectations.

Qualifications

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a closely related counseling field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and systems
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic technology
  • Exceptional work ethic and an ability to work autonomously
  • Individual and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention, were among the previous clinical responsibilities.
  • Preferred is accuracy in patient diagnosis and successful treatment plan development.
