Looking for full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)

Employment: Full Time
Job Salary: $100,000 - $105,000

Offers a wide range of mental health needs assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services to adult and/or child family members who come in for psychiatric examination and show up. Plans and oversees the treatment programs for each individual member in conjunction with the treating physician, psychiatric team, and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities

  • When necessary, work together with the directors, interdisciplinary team, and treatment team.
  • Offer both individual and group counseling.
  • Assist patients in achieving their goals by supporting them with their problems, worries, and expectations.
  • Perform initial evaluations and follow-up consultations during regular care hours.
  • Complete the documentation using our computerized medical/health system, adhering to the relevant criteria.
  • Attend pertinent workshops and seminars to fulfill license requirements and take ownership of your professional development. This will help you keep your credentials current.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working under licensed supervision in an outpatient or inpatient program.
  • Active LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license
  • Individual and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention, were among the previous clinical responsibilities.
  • Preferred is accuracy in patient diagnosis and successful treatment plan development.
  • Proficiency in group, family, and individual psychotherapy is favored.
