Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing telehealth services to a diverse client.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential client records.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
  • Active State licensure as a LMFT, LCSW LPCC in CALIFORNIA
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Know how to use telehealth in counseling
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
