Seeking for Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

We are seeking to grow our behavioral health program and bring licensed counselors onto our team! We are offering tele-psychiatry care in conjunction with services provided in our urgent care clinics. The Role: 100% remote full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health-related fields.
• An active license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
• 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
• A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, and case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Absolutely no disciplinary actions on your license.
